I started as a self-taught designer and fell for the craft of turning a static frame into working software. Today I work the whole width of it — migrations at one end, micro-interactions at the other.
The products I'm proudest of came from holding two things at once: how it feels to the person using it, and what the system can honestly promise. That tension is where the good decisions live.
